East Egg Shawl

Just before purchasing the yarn we drove by a 1920’s theatre all dressed up in a similar color scheme. From the shape and colors East Egg is inspired from Art Deco architecture and named for The Great Gatsby. This is the lace version of my popular West Egg Shawl.

East Egg features simple lace knitting with both written instructions and charts. This shawl is knit from the center neck out using short rows to create its unique shape the drapes perfectly around the neck without the excess bulk.
