Picking - Continental Knitting
Picking (Continental) is a style of knitting where the yarn tension is held in the knitters left hand rather than the right. Picking is faster and more ergonomic for knitters. Like any new skill, give yourself time to practice and build the dexterity in your hands.
Start picking your knitting for a more fluid and ergonomic process. This video will get you started practicing the knit stitch in the continental method aka picking.
